Delivery of an approved prototype constitutes commitment to continue the project, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of any final files until payment is completed in full.

4. Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the prototype and decide not to proceed, no payment is required. Refunds are not available after final delivery or once a site goes live.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code provided by Rentalancer remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive full rights to the completed work. Stock assets provided by third parties may be subject to separate licenses.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to terminate service if we believe your usage violates any laws, third-party rights, or our ethical and professional standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentalancer LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
